This website provides information about the activities of the Austrian mountain rescue service in Upper Austria and topics related to these activities.
The Austrian Mountain Rescue Service, state organization of Upper Austria, is organized as an association.
The purpose of the association is to help all those who have had an accident, missing, sick or otherwise in need, to look for them, to take care of them, regardless of the nature or fault of the emergency, away from the public road network in impassable, especially alpine terrain recover
